Hi Mark. I was just listening to your podcast with Robert Phoenix where you discussed how you don’t get to the top of the music industry without some level of backing and/or have elites in your family (my paraphrase.) I have always wondered how this applies to U2. Of course, we all knew when Paul Hewson accepted a knighthood from QE2 that he sold out and was being publicly rewarded. And there are photos of him covering his right eye, hanging around with half naked 20 year olds. What about the other 3 members? They don’t seem to have sold out. Are they just riding on Bono’s “defection?”
