When comments are made about music “speaking to the soul” and “lifting the spirits,” it pays to be cautious as to which souls and spirits we might be talking about.
Any conspirator looking to manipulate huge swathes of the masses would be falling seriously short were they not to exploit the amazing opportunities offered by entertainment and popular culture.
