25 years ago today I presented the second of my five New Years’ Eve live 8-hour mixes on Fox FM. Here’s some edited highlights of the audio, providing a snapshot of the type of pop dance tunes that were around in ’91, along with a few disco and funky revivals.

THE SWING SHIFT, GALAXY 101, BEST OF 1996 PART 1, 27/12/96
Here’s the radio show I did 20 years ago today, showcasing the biggest R&B and hip-hop tunes of 1996, in my opinion, the last year of consistently good music before the rot started to set in with these genres.
As Frankie Crocker of WBLS New York used to say, Listen and Enjoy.

HEAVY BUSINESS AT POETIC JUSTICE, LONDON
What an awesome set of performances at Poetic Justice, Conscious hip-hop, poetry and beatboxing from head honcho John Blake, aka The People’s Floet, Luke Miller, DVG, Kev The Poet, Benjamin Meah Shamanic, Kane Headley Cummings, La Roche and Maverick & Malachi. It was the female MCs who particularly blew me away - amazing sets from Eva Rose, Loudspeka, and this heavy collaboration between Shay D and beatboxer Malachi. Expect to hear tracks from many of these cropping up on The Sound Of Freedom soon! Big shout to John for putting it all together. It was my first experience of this event, but it certainly won’t be the last.

GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST, VOL. 99: LONG LASTIN’, ROUND 4 - DEMONIC SONICS IN HIP-HOP
Conscious music producer Long Lastin’, (who produced the theme music for this series) returns for his fourth GV appearance, as we discuss the ongoing agenda to debase and degrade mainstream ’hip’-hop’ output.
While the manipulation of other music genres receives endless scrutiny, what’s being done to contemporary ‘hip-hop’ is rarely, if ever discussed. We get into what others won’t talk about - the blatantly obvious debasement of the sound frequencies in these recordings, and ask what unseen effects these could be having on those who consistently absorb them - particularly when combined with the degraded lyrical content, and the subliminal programming employed by their accompanying videos.
Long Lastin’ gives his views on the sonic structures of four so-called ‘hip-hop’ bangers, included in this recording. Give these a listen if you’re unfamiliar with the output of this genre and consider how they make you feel.
The intro and outro tracks on this podcast are from Long Lastin’s own album, ‘Illumi-Nation’, which offers inspiring truths through vocal samples set to to new, original beats. You can grab it here -
(Ironically for a conversation about sound production, the quality of the Skype line on this was appalling, so apologies for the less-than-perfect audio quality!)
EXPLICIT CONTENT: NOT SUITABLE FOR LISTENING BY CHILDREN

GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST: JOHAN OLDENKAMP - THE TRUE ORIGINS OF CHRISTMAS
Here’s the podcast I put out this time last year with Johan Oldenkamp, discussing the true cultural origins of the event we call Christmas.
Happy Winter Solstice to one and all.
*
A timely edition, as Dutch researcher and radio and TV host Johan Oldenkamp guests to discuss the myths, symbology and spiritual science behind the festival we know today as Christmas.
Johan reveals how the event represents a mixed bag of influences from European traditions, primarily anchored in the Winter Solstice. This was a time of worship for the 'rebirth' of the Sun, and led to the religious figures of Mithra, Horus, and most recently, Jesus, with the Sun/ Son of God having a double-meaning. The Roman Catholic church brought in Christianity to replace the Pagan traditions, keeping the dates the same to ease the transition. 'Christmas' also tied in with the popular Roman festival of Saturnalia.
Johan points out that 'Christmas' literally means the sacrifice of Christ Consciousness, and has come to be a subversion of its original sun-worshipping status, to instead bring in the dark influences of Saturn. This reversal of meanings can be seen in the figure of Father Christmas/ Santa (Satan) Claus - originally a representation of the Sun, but more recently flipped to symbolise aspects of Saturn.
We conclude by discussing the internal, alchemical process of attaining higher consciousness, and its own connections to the Christmas story, and how people can still enjoy the festivities of the season without being fooled into embracing the dark symbolism involved.

GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST, VOL. 98: EMILY MOYER - THE HIDDEN SIDE OF EDM
Emily Moyer, co-host of Off Planet TV & Radio and veteran party raver, joins us from Los Angeles. Up for discussion is the worldwide phenomenon of Electronic Dance Music, with its roots traceable all the way back to the acid house/ rave scene of the UK in the late 1980s. Emily gives her take on how this now colossal genre shows the fingerprints of Establishment manipulation - just like all others - echoing the first Summer of Love of the hippie era which came before it.
We discuss the esoteric, spiritual and dream-like qualities of large-scale festivals and dance events, and consider the effects on the participants that the symbolism and sound frequencies might be having. Unsettling links to Transhumanism are never far away.
Just as previous scenes went hand in hand with LSD, the dance scene has always had ecstasy/ MDMA as its drug of choice, and we consider where the sudden glut of pills may have come from, and how they work with the music to create altered states of mind. Has the whole scene been a massive exercise in social engineering?
Emily also discusses some of the strange and paranormal elements of LA, the epicentre of the American EDM scene. It's no accident that this was the city where this scene truly took off in the US.

MD GUESTS ON MYSTERIOUS RADIO
I was happy to make an appearance on Mysterious Radio with K-Town and Tim this month. The conversation mainly focused on the replacement of Paul McCartney, but got into a few other aspects of the mind-control weaponisation of the corporate music industry too.

MUSICAL TRUTH BOOK TOUR 20126 - IT'S A WRAP
It’s been a memorable year on the road with my Musical Truth Book Tour, having touched down at events in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Hull, Liverpool, St. Annes, Bristol, Nottingham, Leicester, Diss, Belfast, Dublin, Riga, Gothenburg, and at the Free Your Mind Conference in Philly, Open Mind in Copenhagen and Amsterdam, the Glastonbury Symposium, the Harlequin Fayre in Norfolk, and The Bases Project in Wiltshire. As well as providing an opportunity to get important and empowering information across, there’s been great value for me in the people that I’ve met at each of these. I always leave an event knowing far more than I did when I arrived. A big thanks to everyone who came along to any of these, and to all the organisers involved.
From January I’ll be knuckling down to write my next book, ‘Musical Truth 2’! This will certainly occupy me for the whole year. I’ll be severely limiting my talks and radio show appearances during this time with a view to getting the book on the streets in early 2018, therefore. Then it starts all over again!

VIDEO: SPEAKER PANEL FROM THE GLASTONBURY SYMPOSIUM 2016
The video of the Saturday speaker panel from this Summer’s Glastonbury Symposium has finally emerged! I found myself making a few contributions, regarding the suspicious death of Prince, sound frequencies, cosmic numerology, and then, at 39.12, it’s the F word - Flat! I fought a bit of a lone battle on this one, but here’s how it went down anyway.

AUDIO: MD GUESTS ON SOFIA SMALLSTORM'S ABOUT THE SKY PODCAST
Of the massive amount of radio interviews I've done around my book this year, this one is possibly the most interesting, as the host, Sofia Smallstorm, asked some challenging and far-reaching questions. As a result, I got deep into areas of spiritual law, metaphysics and the occult which I don't normally get to discuss. We go deep!

GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST, VOL. 97: NINO 2 1 0 - ESTABLISHMENT LINKS IN PUNK & NEW WAVE
Following on from similar studies of alternative genres, the Punk & New Wave scene of both the US and UK, from the 1970s onwards, comes under Volume 97’s spotlight. Music fan-turned-independent researcher Nino Teauoneaux reveals endless unsettling links between what is generally thought of as a grass-roots scene powered by youthful working-class angst, and family connections through the genre’s key players into the worlds of politics, academia, aristocracy and military-intelligence.
Social movements like Communism and Cultural Marxism rub shoulders with the world of the dark occult, calling into question the authenticity of this entire scene. We examine one family in particular, the Copelands; father Miles was a career CIA officer, and his three sons each went to work in the music industry, gaining huge control over these newly-emerging genres. We also discuss the massively out-of-proportion ratio of Jews active in the punk scene, a factor always bound to be controversial, but undeniable in fact.

GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST, VOL. 96: MIKE WILLIAMS - WILLIAM SHEPHERD IS PAUL McCARTNEY
P1:
P2:
Radio host, writer and researcher Mike Williams, known as The Sage of Quay, features in this two-hour return to the replacement of the real James Paul McCartney back in 1966 with a double who has been impersonating him ever since. This individual is William Shepherd, (not Campbell, as frequently claimed,) a trained musician, actor and freemason also known by the nickname 'Billy Shears.'
Mike gives his observations on the book 'The Memoirs Of Billy Shears', which purports to be the confessional auto-biography of Shepherd, but embellished with enough fictional elements for it to be passed off as a 'novel' to avoid the legal minefield that would occur were the replacement to go on the official record. Mike's comments build on those he put forward in an equally comprehensive podcast interview with Sofia Smallstorm recently, and it's recommended that listeners really wanting to understand this subject area fully, listen to that interview first in order to get the full background. It's available here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QV39RmErX14
Mike observes that the level of knowledge of The Beatles' world in the 1960s, and the breaking-down of the real meaning behind so many of their ambiguous lyrics, can only have come from someone on the inside, giving credibility to many of the book's claims. The Beatles deliberately placed hundreds of symbolic clues into their music and imagery, giving the public the opportunity to understand the nature of the switch all along.
While all doubt has now been removed that the person the world has thought of as 'Paul McCartney' for the past half a century is really William Shepherd, one highly pertinent question remains; what happened to the real Paul, and was his death on September 11th of 1966 really a tragic accident that nobody could have foreseen, or something altogether more sinister? And what further revelations might we expect upon the death of Billy Shears, now aged 79?
This interview is split into two parts for the convenience of those who like to burn the audio to CD, like myself. Be sure to check out Part 2, which can be found here: https://soundcloud.com/mark-devlin/good-vibrations-podcast-vol-96-mike-williams-re-pid-p2

THROWBACK THURSDAY: THE FIRST MOBO AWARDS, 1996
Some audio from the very first MOBO Awards held at the New Connaught Rooms in London in November 1996, where I chatted with Blak Twang and Soul II Soul's Jazzie B. For the first couple of years this event had a bit of integrity and value, but very quickly (and predictably) turned into a soulless corporate glitz-fest which lost all of its original intent, leading to scenarios like Ed Sheeran receiving three 'black music award' nominations by 2012.

Here's the audio to my guest appearance on Lou Collins' radio show on Soundart Radio 102.5FM, on 31st October 2016, (which would have been Jimmy Savile's 90th birthday!) We crammed a lot of discussion points into the time available.

AUDIO: FOX FM 1991 NEWS REVIEW
25 years ago I put together this partial review of the events of 1991 for Fox FM, the radio station I worked at, very much in the style of my recent '65 to 69' project and 'The Rock N Roll Years' from back in the day.
It's incredible how you view everything from a different perspective after a conscious awakening. The dominant story was the first Gulf War, with talk of Iraq's occupation being 'justified' due to Saddam's 'aggression', and blatant MSM fearmongering with phrases like 'the mother of all battles' being bandied about. Some sickening moralising from the demons George HW Bush and Margaret Thatcher too, about whose true nature we now understand so much more. Everything was manipulated by the string-pullers behind the scenes, of course, with problem-reaction-solution everywhere, but very few were familiar with the dynamic back in '91.
There's a sequence on the release of the Beirut hostages - John McCarthy, Terry Waite and co., the kidnapping of Russian president Mikhail Gorbachev, and Freddie Mercury's death from AIDS.
And, relevant to Oxford, there's coverage of the Blackbird Leys riots which hit the headlines in Summer '91, shocking the rest of the nation into realising that Oxford isn't all academia and college gowns and that it does actually have its council estates!

GOOD VIBRATIONS, VOL. 95: JOE ATWILL - LIFETIME ACTORS AND CULTURE-CREATION
American author, scholar and researcher Joseph Atwill guests on this instalment. Joe's controversial and much-lauded book 'Caesar's Messiah,' expounded the theory that the official take on any events throughout human history have been carefully crafted at the hands of the controlling 'elite' class of the time. This dynamic continues to this day, and much of how it gets done is down to Lifetime Actors - those with public personas that we all recognise, but whose true nature and real job in society are something very different. We get into the back-stories of a few examples, from Bill Gates to Kim Kardashian.
Social engineering and culture-creation at the hands of such organisations as the Tavistock Institute, the Frankfurt School, Stanford University and others are never far from the surface, and Joe explains how these, in turn, are connected into Cultural Marxism and the American Jewish Committee.

We go deep!

Here's the audio of my appearance on Monday night alongside Mik DeFish and Trevor Eivers on The World You Don't Know Radio Show, live on Liffey Sound 96.4, Ireland, touching on various aspects of the corporate music industry's mind control machinations.

MARK DEVLIN ON CELEBRITY BLOODLINES
A quick excerpt from my recent radio interview with Solaris Blueraven on KCOR Radio out of Las Vegas, where I get into the family bloodline connections between celebrities, politicians, and others in the public spotlight, showing how many of these individuals are chosen and placed into these positions by virtue of their ancestry, rather than the whole process being left open to any kind of random chance.

GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST, VOL. 94: PIPPA KING: BIOMETRICS & SURVEILLANCE
The creepy world of Big Brother Society and the UK's unsettling surveillance state come under the spotlight, as guest Pippa King explains how she became an activist against plans to subject schoolchildren to fingerprinting and biometric procedures. She explains how these plans - now thankfully headed off in the UK due to the vigilance of the parent groups she helped galvanise - play their part in the much bigger picture of state-sponsored spying.
'Smart' cities, CCTV, motorway Average Speed Cameras and technology-equipped cars come under scrutiny, all of which are paving the way for a complete Transhumanist society where technology rules every aspect of our daily lives … unless more activism takes place and large numbers of people exercise their right to say no to this unfolding Orwellian nightmare.

GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST, VOL. 93: NATHAN RIDDETT - VEGANISM AND MORALITY
In what will no doubt be a contentious addition to the series, Nathan Riddett guests to discuss Veganism from a moral perspective.
Nathan draws on the tenets of Natural Law, and reinforces that its golden rule of 'do no harm' extends to all sentient living beings, not just humans. In this regard, adopting a lifestyle which doesn't contribute towards the suffering of animals, becomes a spiritual discipline that is often a difficult, but essential component in overcoming the ruling of the ego.
In anticipation of the defensive backlash which such discussions inevitably bring, Nathan tackles each of the principal lines of 'defence' often given by meat-eaters to justify their behaviours, and shows why each, ultimately, has no real moral foundation.
We also discuss how the never-ending onslaught of suffering, fear and death caused by the meat industry contributes to the control system's desire to have us all engulfed in a sea of low-density vibration, and Nathan shares his research showing how abbatoirs have been deliberately placed at key vortex points on the Earth's energy grid in this regard.
'65 TO '69: THE SOUNDTRACK TO A MASTERCLASS IN CULTURE-CREATION
The counter-culture years of the mid to late 1960s saw social change like no other period in modern history. It's only with the benefit of 50 years of hindsight that we can now understand the extent to which these events all bore the fingerprints of the military-intelligence communities, and all set to an acid-fuelled soundtrack of tripped-out rock. On the basis that music speaks louder than words, here's the fascinating story of those five era-defining years as told by the music, with a few audio snippets from some key events along the way.

APATHY & CELPH TITLED: RAP IS NOT POP
Lyrical genius. Apathy & Celph nail it regarding the pitiful, tragic state of what purports to be "hip-hop" in these times. Check it out.
"Fluouridated, sedated and breaking their will
The same shit happened to rap, they extracted the skill."
"There's no sense of culture, it's over, it's a rap
Like the whites did to jazz when the music was black."

GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST, VOL. 92: NEIL SANDERS, ROUND 2
British author, researcher and qualified hypnotist Neil Sanders returns for a highly comprehensive two-hour chat. Neil is the author of two volumes of the book 'Your Thoughts Are Not Your Own', and our conversation remains rooted in the areas of mass mind control and culture creation through movies, music and other areas of popular culture.
We discuss, among many other things, the ominous links between the entertainment business and the worlds of organised crime, military-intelligence and the dark occult. Specific subjects include the murders of 2Pac and Notorious BIG and the 'East Coast/ West Coast beef' in hip-hop, the punk scene, the Manson Murders, CIA drug-running, the LSD era, UK 'rave' and Acid House culture, and a whole load more.
