SOUL CITY IBIZA - ONCE AGAIN IT'S ON!
From Black Sheep Magazine:
Soul City continues to rock the spot in Ibiza. Looking forward to spinning there myself on 12th and 13th July.
If imitation really is the kindest form of flattery, then the team behind Soul City in Ibiza can be sure they've got a winning formula. There's been an intense bout of competition in recent times - some of it very close to home - but Soul City remains the island's original venue for all forms of black and urban music - and it's just entered its 18th year of rocking the spot!
Situated in San Antonio's bustling West End, Soul City's aim was always to provide a credible alternative to the house and trance music dominating the rest of the island. This year, popular residents Mister Ice and DJ Horse are back mashing up the styes, and keeping the crowds jamming all the way to 6am, every night of the week.
The pair, alongside occasional guests, spin a wild and varied mash-up covering hip-hop, R&B, soul, funk, ragga, garage, drum 'n' bass, and more recently, bassline and UK Funky. As you might expect, it's immensely popular with holidaying Brits, not only because of its fresh and open-minded music policy, but because even in these cash-strapped times it remains free to get in!
Soul City is located in San Antonio's West End/. Further info available at http://www.digitalibiza/soulcity

JUST BUGGIN' ILLUMINATI SPECIAL PART 2
As the race continues between the imposition of a global fascist state and the rapid awakening of human consciousness as to what's really going on, the time has come for Volume Two of this specially themed version of Mark Devlin's Just Buggin hip-hop podcast.
Here's another carefully vetted selection of cuts old and new, by awakened artists who have been bold enough to put their thoughts on track. These address various aspects of the 'elites' push to enslave humanity in a New World Order, along with a couple of trips into more esoteric realms - because the two are fundamentally linked in the Bigger Picture.
This is music for mature, responsible grown-ups who aren't afraid to think for themselves. Absorb and enjoy.
