VIDEO: BBC4'S HOW HIPPIES CHANGED THE WORLD, PART 1

Here’s a Youtube link to this show (details below,) which will enable folk outside of the UK to view it, rather that being restricted by the BBC iPlayer. (It’s full of damned annoying ad breaks, but it’s worth sticking with.)

It was 50 years ago today...

In which regard, BBC4 broadcast a quite fascinating look at the LSD-drenched 1967 Summer of Love and the hippie influence on the counter-culture last week. Very thorough in parts with mentions of Aleister Crowley, Ken Kesey, Owlsley Stanley, Aldous Huxley and the Esalen Institute. Let's see... did they forget anything? Oh yes, darnit, it seems to have slipped their mind to mention that that ENTIRE scene was the construct of the CIA and a military-intelligence exercise in generational social engineering from start to finish. Ah well, it's easily done. We'll see if they pick up the slack in the next episode.

AUDIO: MAX IGAN ON THE 5G/ AI/ SMART GRID/ TRANSHUMANIST NIGHTMARE

I’ve compiled this composite of excerpts from Max Igan’s last two radio shows concerning the incoming Smart Grid/ AI/ Transhumanist reality. To my mind, the greatest threat facing the future of humanity is this insanity being allowed to continue unchecked, and Max is spot-on in his assessment and expression of the problem. This is designed to completely cut the next generation - our children - off from their true spiritual nature and to have them living in a artiificial, fabricated reality… and it’s coming in fast. It’s the one that crept in the back door while no-one was paying attention.

Mainly, this nightmare is unfolding so rapidly because of people’s co-operation and acceptance of the Smart technology, which is slowly getting normalised through the ‘convenience’ aspect. We’ve been coerced into accepting all this stuff on the grounds it makes our busy lives so much more convenient. People really need to think about how they’re participating in the normalisation through using things like Smart phones, Smart TVs, Smart meters, GPS and sat-navs and Apps for everything under the sun. Those with kids particularly need to pay attention, as the hellish world they’ll have to grow up in if the madness continues will barely be worth living, and it’s up to our generation to decide which way it will go.

I realise this will be unwelcome and controversial for many, but if those of us who know better don’t take responsibility and start saying no to our own technological enslavement, how will the next generation judge us?

Please take a listen and consider Max’s points.

'65 TO '69: THE SOUNDTRACK TO A MASTERCLASS IN CULTURE-CREATION

As we’re now into the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love, (sponsored by those nice folks at MK-Ultra and the CIA,) I figured it was worth resurrecting this - in my view one of my finest audio creations.

The counter-culture years of the mid to late 1960s saw social change like no other period in modern history. It's only with the benefit of 50 years of hindsight that we can now understand the extent to which these events all bore the fingerprints of the military-intelligence communities, (and the dark occult,) and all set to an acid-fuelled soundtrack of tripped-out rock. On the basis that music speaks louder than words, here's the fascinating story of those five era-defining years as told by the music, with a few audio snippets from some key events along the way.

Announcing the inaugural Truth Mind Reality Conference happening in Phoenix AZ next March, at which I’m very excited to be speaking alongside the likes of Mark Passio, Lenon Honor, Sonia Barrett and many others. Much respect to the brother Ivan for putting it all together.

As ever with such events, early ticket bookings will help the organisers out considerably in being able to make it all happen, and early hotels and flight bookings come highly recommended for anyone who knows they can make it.

VIDEO: GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST, VOL. 106: LENON HONOR/ BEYOND GANGSTER BLACKFACE

Much respect to Darren Brady for compiling this illustrative visual montage to go with my recent Lenon Honor interview.

Lenon has just released his ground-breaking new documentary ‘Beyond Gangster Blackface: A Critical Analysis of Gangster Rap’ which has been two years in the making. The film looks at how the genre of hip-hop known as ‘gangsta rap’ - and the output of the group NWA in particular - affected an entire generation’s attitudes and perceptions of black people and their lifestyles. Lenon’s statistical analysis of the main themes addressed in NWA’s lyrics throws up some shocking results. The film goes a lot further than just the hip-hop element, however, its 12 interviewees delving into issues such as social-engineering and the targeted destruction of the family dynamic, male-female relationships, and historical stereotypes of African-Americans.

Along the way the conversation encompasses such subjects as the East Coast/ West Coast beef in hip-hop, ‘diss’ records, self-aggrandisement, police brutality, the historical tradition of ‘playing the dozens’, and the legacy left by the Blaxploitation movies of the early 1970s.

GOOD VIBRATIONS PODCAST, VOL. 107: HANS UTTER - THE SCIENCE & WEAPONISATION OF SOUND

DOWNLOAD LINK:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/dra5wph5h5x5p2y/Good+Vibrations+podcast%2C+Vol.+107_+Hans+Utter+-+The+Science+%26+Weaponisation+of+Sound.mp3

We’ve dealt with many aspects of the corporate music industry’s manipulations in this series, but under discussion this time is the whole area of Sound itself. What really is it, and how can it be used as a weapon against the masses? Here to offer some insights is ethno-musicologist Dr. Hans Utter, who listeners might be familiar with from his many appearances on Jan Irvin & Joe Atwill’s Unspun podcasts.

We consider the way sound can be used for both healing, and to create unease and agitation on the part of the listener, all according to the frequencies involved. With a large part of the human body made of water, and water known to have a consciousness which is affected by sound, this stands to reason. We also consider how pop songs are now crafted as corporate commodities, and whether algorhythmic templates are now being employed, based on melodies and sound structures which are known to be appealing to the human psyche on an unseen level.

And no conversation on these subjects would be complete without addressing the A=432 vs. A=440 standard tuning pitch debate.

DOWNLOAD LINK:

http://www.mediafire.com/file/n632b3gh4d06b6t/Good+Vibrations+podcast%2C+Vol.+105_+Cara+St+Louis.mp3

American writer, teacher, activist and speaker  Cara St Louis takes the GV hot seat, as we get into some deep territory. Cara reflects on why it is that we live in a ‘natural’ world where daily violence and horror, through creatures killing each other for food, is our daily reality. Were things always this way, or did this reality become infected with some malevolent influence at some point in the remote past, and we’re merely seeing the inevitable physical playout of a dynamic rooted in low-density, fear-based vibration? Cara goes on to ask why we even need to eat at all, and if the idea that we do is in fact nothing more than a rigidly-enforced belief system.

We go a whole lot of other places in this free-flow conversation, too.

URBAN ANTHEMS ON DESTINY 105, BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY, 1ST MAY

I’ll be doing an extra show on Destiny 105 on Bank Holiday Monday from 5-8pm, playing a bunch of hip-hop and R&B classics, but preceded by the original soul and funk tunes from which their well-known breaks and samples were lifted. Looking forward to a good cathartic crate-digging session for this!

The station streams live at www.destinyradio.uk

VIDEO: MARK DEVLIN ON BEING DUPED: WON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN

A big part of the information I get into involves mass deception through mind-control. Here's some brief reflections from a recent interview on how we're all systematically duped, but only a few seem willing to face up to it.

VIDEO: PTP/ STEVE GRANT/ ALAIS CLAY: TIME FOR A CHANGE

The awesome new video from PTP/ Vinnie Straub featuring Steve Grant and Alais Clay is here. Three of the strongest conscious hip-hop MCs all together one empowering track! Be sure to support REAL music.

Big props to Derrick Broze, Kirsti Snyder and Bruce Baumann for the filming. And I’m happy to have made my first music video cameo on the section shot in the parking lot at the back of the recent Free Your Mind Conference! (Shout also to Bill Church, getting his own square!)

K-RINO: T-RASH SKIT (HILARIOUS!)

This is just TOO hilarious! And the most insane thing of all is that the pisstake section at the end sounds EXACTLY like most ‘hip-hop’ now peddled in all seriousness by the likes of Westwood on Capital Xtra and many of the DJs on 1Xtra!

UPCOMING DJ DATES - MONTENEGRO/ TENERIFE/ IBIZA

It was the plan to get back to a bit more DJing this year in between writing the next book, in which regard, I'm greatly looking forward to these three upcoming jaunts.

THE SOUND OF NOW. PLAYLIST & LISTEN AGAIN LINKS FOR 15/4/17

The Soundcloud Stasi have informed me I’ve been a naughty boy by uploading audio for which I apparently need copyright authorisation, (even though my files help promote the music in question to wider audiences,) and have disabled downloads from any of my new files to jolly well teach me a lesson. Therefore, I’ve had to make downloads available via external sites, the links for which are in the text. Oh, good, more work each week. Lucky me!

FULL VIDEO: LAUREL CANYON/ L.A. ROAD TRIP

Here's the video compilation of my road trip to Laurel Canyon and various other LA neighbourhoods this week alongside Greg Carlwood of The Higherside Chats. Props to Greg and Teresa for a great job with the filming/ editing, and Shentale for all the driving.

CORRECTION

I mistakenly state in the video that Lady Gaga had recently bought The Log Cabin, Frank Zappa’s former Laurel Canyon home. I’ve since realised that she did in fact, purchase Zappa’s later home, also in the Canyon, but entirely separate from the Log Cabin. Apologies for this error.

MARK DEVLIN & GREG CARLWOOD VISIT LAUREL CANYON

Reporting live with Greg Carlwood on our Laurel Canyon experience - following in the footsteps of the counter-culture, 50 years on.

Watch out for a mini documentary of our runnings coming soon.

Across the road from the historic Canyon Country Store.

I had an absolutely awesome time running around Laurel Canyon, Sunset Strip and other Hollywood Hills neighbourhoods in LA with Greg Carlwood of The Higherside Chats fame, his girl Teresa and our host Shentale. We got to see many of the legendary locations immortalised in Dave McGowan’s groundbreaking ’Weird Scenes Inside The Canyon’ book, including the Lookout Mountain Laboratory, Frank Zappa’s Log Cabin residence, the Whisky-A-Go-Go Club on Sunset Boulevard, the site of the Manson Family/ Tate murders, the Canyon Country Store, Jim Morrison’s former residence behind it, and the very room at The Landmark Hotel in which Janis Joplin died, which now has a shrine in its closet. When you read about these you form an image in your mind of what they’ll all look like, and I have to say none of them appeared as expected. A mini video documentary of our escapades will be coming soon, In the meantime, here’s a selection of pics.
